Bumped this rating up because despite my unsatisfaction with the company support, the oven itself is very nice. My “must-haves” for a microwave were:1) A +30 second button (not 60), which on this one is big and easy, in the middle of the knob.2) An actual handle on the door instead of a button (although the hinges feel a bit flimsy).3) Holds large dinner plates. This one holds 12” and yet the overall size is compact.Other nice features: The clock/display is white and extremely bright. The overall retro look (red) is very cool. The clock also can do 24-hr mode if you use military time.OLD review but still unresolved: The process for registering the warranty online is broken. To enter "date of purchase" it doesn't let you pick anything later than 31 Dec 2023. I tried anyway because my receipt shows the correct date, but when I click "Submit" it just spins forever without showing any result or progress, and I don't receive the email confirmation.

It is small and suits my purposes. Really pleased with how it looks and functions. Seems to take a bit of time to heat coffee, but I can adjust to that.

Tired of all the black or stainless steel microwaves that have push button latches. Wanted a handle and saw this one that had the handle and a retro type look with really great color selections. Got it in pale blue/green and it looks great. Well put together, solid frame and construction. Microwave function works as expected. Runs quietly. Couldn’t be happier with this purchase. Also everyone who sees it wants one.

My older larger microwave finally died and I bought this one. It is small, but perfectly adequate to my needs. I find the lettering under the buttons difficult to read, and the instructions almost impossible to understand, but as long as I just turned the dial to the time I want to warm something up it works great.

I got this item within 48 hours, which is pretty important when you live on your own, you don't like to cook, and your ancient microwave craps out. Unlike its predecessor, this one is compact, pretty to use, and bonus for a nostalgia enthusiast like me, it's really fun to look at with its light blue '60s (I think) retro look. The only thing is I haven't figured out how to set the clock from military time to regular time, but that's because I don't want to put the effort in to figure it out. Anyway I am learning military time now as well, so... this thing pretty much rocks.

My 23 yr old son decided to heat up his day old take out in the metal container and ended up frying our microwave. So I went out and bought this. Came a few days later and WHAMMO! - made the kitchen cooler just by being there. The chrome look is clean and shiny and really ties the kitchen together.Spacious inside. Big enough to reheat a whole Costco rotisserie chicken.Easy to use. Just spin the dial and press it to start it up. Would definitely buy it again if my son destroys it.

The cutest! I work at a clinic and use it for lunch everyday! I love it and have received quite a few compliments on it already! Also great at its actual function of heating up food.

The media could not be loaded.  We love the look, function and style of our fire engine RED Galanz microwave! It heats excellently, didplay is bright and dials/ settings easy to use. Only problem so far is rollercring was damaged. Hopefully we can get just that replaced. We hope for many years of service with this product! Definitely recommend! We got 1.1 cu. Size our kitchen space is larger. Can easily fit large plate or casserole.

Ya tengo rato usándolo y si salió bueno (dudaba un poco) es muy bonito el diseño, combina bien con mi casa y su funcionalidad es la de un horno de microondas como tal, buen espacio dentro del horno, cabe un plato extendido y las palomitas para micro sin problema todo al 1005 estrellas, excelente servicio
