Overpriced
One of my GI Dr recommended this brand since my symptoms were really bad, so I switched from another broad spectrum enzyme blend to this. 1st off, the company sent me the wrong product twice- I ordered this formula and they sent the FODMAP enzymes that don't have the probiotics etc. I contacted Amazon who refunded me, so I reordered it. Again, I was sent the wrong product. I thought this was an Amazon error so I contacted the company directly through Instagram DM and they said they would send me the correct product and AGAIN they sent me the wrong product. I tried 1 last time and had to repeatedly emphasize and mansplain what I ordered and what they sent, include photos etc. They finally sent me this correct product. After all that, this didn't help improve my digestion at all, lol! In part, because I was misdiagnosed as having IBS C when my actual problem was recurrent SIBO and significant fat malabsorption. This product doesn't have nearly enough lipase in it as most people with IBS and/or SIBO have a problem with fiber and carbs, so this blend will cover that. I left that GI and went elsewhere to get stool studies done and I was positive for fat malabsorption so am now on prescription enzymes that focus on lipase , that has helped a lot.The serving size listed on the bottle is 4 capsules per meal. So that's 12 if you eat 3 meals. The bottle lasted me 5 days. So 30 days of 12 per day would run $156/month, which is absolutely excessive as you can buy the components from other brands (pre, pro biotics and broad spectrum digestive enzymes) in a much more economical way. I add broad spectrum digestive enzymes from Doctor's Best which has a single capsule serving size, already take prebiotics separately anyway, and SBO probiotics with the same organisms as this blend and post biotic wise, can take butyric acid and call it a day. I'm sure that the fancy patented post biotic in here is not THE THING that is going to turn this all around for me anyway and just justifies the excessive cost. Also, most pancreatic OTC enzymes (amylase, protease, lipase) don't survive stomach acid anyway so their usefulness in non-coated products is pretty questionable.

So far so good!
I am fairly new to taking digestive enzymes (just several months) and it has greatly improved my digestion (been taking other brands). The last brand I was taking before this was Dr.Tobias and it worked very well, and I was almost out so I was going to re-order it. Then of course Alexa knew it as she knew everything about my life lol and this showed up on my recommended page. So I requested this because the store front for the brand looked clean and cool haha. Well, I’ve been taking this for about a week, and this one works as well. Digestive Enzymes along with probiotics and prebiotics( I took them separately) tremendously helped me with congestion, gas, and bloating. I started taking these only 2 per day (one for each meal if I eat twice, or two at once if I do OMAD for the day), because taking a half of the recommended dose is how I do with all new supplements (or something from a new brand). I cannot say this one works better than other digestive enzymes , but it does work.Would I go out of my way to buy this one over other brands? Not sure yet. I probably get a few favorites for digestive enzymes after a year, and rotate between them (probably the best deal at the time of purchase). If you are thinking about taking digestive enzymes, I think this one is worth trying :)

They might work
I have been on the low fodmap diet for 5 months now and have been slow to complete all of my reintroduction challenge foods due to various setbacks and food situations beyond my control. I am very strict with the diet, but on the few occasions where I had no choice but to eat at a restaurant (and a plain baked potato was not a menu option), I have taken one of these right before a meal, and another halfway through, and I have yet to get sick as a result of straying from the diet. Time will tell if they truly help me with any problematic foods, but so far so good.

Enzymes Aid In Digestion, And More
As we grow older, both enzyme production and gut flora diminish. The beauty of this product is that it combines digestive enzymes with pre and probiotics. The recommended dosage is four capsules with meals - which is why I find it surprising that this bottle would contain only a two-week supply. I mean, I guess if you're just giving it a try to gauge results, you can always order more. Still, I don't think that makes a lot of sense. Regardless, when it comes to taking enzymes I tend to fall on the side of moderation, so I only take half the recommended dose.Be sure to consult your doctor if you are taking certain medications - there is a possibility that the enzymes could interfere or even elevate the levels of medication in your bloodstream.

Works Well To Prevent My Daughter's IBS Flare-Ups
My daughter has IBS and often has a hard time eating without having a flare-up. We tried another enzyme by this brand that was effective so we decided to try these since these since they also include prebiotics, probiotics, and postbiotics. She says it has no taste or smell. They are very easy to swallow and have no negative side effects. She doesn't have any flare-ups after eating when she takes these. These are definitely worth the money and will be ordering more.
