I live in a second floor condo in florida and not gonna get up on a ladder. This item extends easily to reach the second /top floor windows at my condo building and cleans well and fast. It is really easy to use and stores easily in the closet. Comes with a couple mop heads that can be hand washed or machine washed .I also have used it to clean the tile floors. It works great. Love it !!

I have not yet used the product to clean windows as the weather has not been cooperative. That said, I was pleasantly surprised by the heavy duty nature of the extendable pole. Very nicely padded easy to extend and retract. It also stayed extended in my tests, in other words, it locked in place nicely. Despite its strength and stability the pole is light and easy to handle. I can add more once I have actually cleaned my second story windows and sunroom roof with it.

Arrivé plus vite que prévu déjà un plus.Je viens tout juste de laver mes 8 fenêtres à l'extérieur avec et je suis sincèrement impressionné du travail accomplis. Et j'adore le fait d'avoir le squeegee et le côté nettoyant sur le même manche et que l'on puisse ouvrir et fermer les extensions à l'aide d'une clip.Le squeegee essuie vraiment bien ne laisse aucune trace.Je l'ai acheté en me basant sur les commentaires des consommateurs donc je vous fait pars de mon expérience pour vous éclairer sur le choix de votre raclette et je vous le recommande vivement!
