We usually get kishk dry and soak them to use. This is amazing as it has the perfect consistency, great flavor and you don't have to keep it in the fridge until opened. One thing I really like about it is that it has more of an off-white color and not beige so works great when used for food decoration as it can create a lot of contrast.

Exactly the same kind I used all my life. Thank God for Ziyad’s brand that carries it products to the US as it makes my traditional dishes taste as if I am home . Great flavor and quality.

Salty but I used to mix it with yogurt and break it out with some water then it tastes amazing. 4 stars because I was a regular but not anymore since the price went up so high while it was already expensive. I really don’t know how you go from $27 to $33 just like that and for the same small quantity you get.I’m going to use regular yogurt now on.

There are other products that tastes much better for half the price.

I used this to make a Lebanese soup. I found out later that I should have used another kind of Kishk for that particular soup. the soup came out great using this though. I really like it. It has a subtle sour taste and has a goat cheese taste. Very easy to use. I can think of a lot of different uses and will probably continue to purchase it.

It’s great but too salty my husband love it but he can’t eat because he has high blood pressure if he eat it he will admit to the hospital so please think about those people
