I’ve been taking these delicious chewy laxatives for a few months now. I’ve read bad reviews which I can solve here with a few suggestions. First, if you look carefully at the label you’ll see “peel here” at the bottom of the label. Peel it off and there are more helpful details underneath. If it hasn’t worked for you give it more time. It took almost a week to loosen my poops up and I’ve been regular since then. You can take more than 2 if you want but don’t go crazy or you’ll have soupy poopies. I take 3 every night followed by a glass of water. That’s very important for it to work correctly. I love the flavor so it’s hard to not take more. Good luck, I hope it works for you too.

I love these. These are so gentle on my system and no loose stools just a normal BM. They were recommended to me by my gastrologist to take two every night before I go to bed and things have been working great.

Took more than 30 minutes and worked inconveniently. Not predictable.
