I'm a US size 14 /Large and this fits perfect. If you're anything bigger. It will not fit around your legs. I'm on the last buckle for the legs but it has a lot of space in the belly area

The sizing is very bad. If the waist piece fits you, the leg pieces will only be half the size of what they need to be. I’m fairly skinny, and the leg pieces would only cover about half my leg. Nowhere in the product description does it say what leg girth you have to have for this to fit. The garter also came disassembled, and there was no way to assemble it exactly like the picture.

6ft3, 220 lbs.This harness did not stop a fall event at work while climbing on a scaffolding in my rebel flag speedo.Leather is fake and broke almost immediately.However I did get the ER nurses number when she had to cut my out of the harness.4 stars for that alone.

The smallest size is S-XL which is a very broad stroke. There are 3 straps to buckle in and if you're a small or extra small, it will be very loose. Looks cool and could be a lot of fun.

I fully expected to return this not expecting it to fit but it did! And for the price, the quality is really quite nice. I have a 37" waist and thick thighs and it fits well and looks amazing. It was a little confusing to get on at first but didn't take long to figure out. I'm happy I took a chance on this even though it has no reviews.

My wife has thick thighs and it fits at last adjustable point. Definitely meant for smaller figures.

This harness was a profound disappointment. I have ordered other styles thru Amazon and have been pleased- this harness is no better quality than if you took heavy stock paper and paper clips and taped it all together. In fact, you’d most likely have a far superior product than what I received in this harness. I’d give zero stars if it were an option! The sizing is totally off, and much more apt to fit a much smaller than average/very petite person.
