U using it consistently and also helps to soak your feet and toenails and a kerasol Epson salt soak
This item works really well as long as you use it consistently and file your toenails consistently to make it absorb better.

Hopeful that this round of efforts will pay off
I have tried any name brand treatment out there! It has always been just one big toenail that had coloration and slight thickening: the color is closer to a shade of grey rather than the yellow/green variety. I always tried to be very disciplined when I use something, so no lack of results was due to my faulty regimen. Invariably initial seemingly positive results would go "sour", the new, healthy pink nail base will get dark again soon enough. With this maximum strength product it was like my Hail Mary effort: I'd go to a dermatologist if no success.I am seeing the entire nail looking much more natural and unnoticeable. The pink nail base returned and stayed pink for longer (now still). Love the ease of use and assurance of coverage of the brush applicator, love how it stays on due to the oil content and apparently just the right amount. Following the comment of some other users about the "root cause" being taken care of, I also drip one drop under the nail from the front edge a liquid form of a substance "sulconazole", which I had bought from abroad for treating my light case of athletes' foot, half self-diagnosing it being the root cause. I have no idea if it also is helping, but it isn't doing anything untoward.I now am hopeful that this round of efforts will pay off.

Effectiveness, does it work?
A little inconvenient, has to be applied 4 times per day, Just began using Fungix 2 weeks ago. Encouraged but too soon to see any definitive results.

My doctor ask what I was using; update 2 yrs later
UPDATE 10/2024:When I purchased initially, these Fungix bottles $27; significantly more expensive than other solutions. After nearly two years of using, my nail made only moderate progress with this treatment and so about six months ago, switched to another product, much less costly product, which appears to have been more effective. I went just now to buy a bottle of Fungix (using a multiple solution approach) and I was baffled to see this product has almost doubled in price - $47-$52 per bottle. So, while it seemed to stop the progress of the fungus it did not resolve it over two years of use. And since they have made the price ridiculously high, I would try other solutions. Actually - vinegar soaks have provided the very best results of anything I've tried. After 4 months . . . and one bottle - optimistic. I did not take before/after pictures because this product was the third or fourth product I had tried, and frankly my expectations were low. After noticing my first indications of a toenail fungus in February (the first in my life), my large toenail continued to deteriorate further back into the nail while using several other treatments purchased online. When I began using Fungix in June, I had lost about 1/2 of my toenail. I applied the product 3-4 times per day and always before going to bed. I filed the nail once per week after a shower when the nail was soft. In early September at my annual Dr. appt. the deterioration had reversed and it appeared that the base of the nail was regaining health. When I told the doctor my story, he asked for, and made a note of, the product I was using. He said whatever I was doing was working given the health of the base of the nail and to continue - it would take time. He said the oral meds he would give me had known risks to liver functions and would not work better than what he was seeing on my nail.At the end of bottle one I have seen a complete reversal of the fungus effects. Most of the deteriorated nail has now grown off of my toenail and there are no new areas of deterioration behind that original area. On one end of my toenail I am now clipping healthy nail when I trim my nails. The nail continues to be discolored and prone to irregular thickness at the remaining effected area.It is not 'beautiful' healthy nail, yet, and it may never look like the other nails around it. But it is much much improved. It has taken 4+ months of solid consistent application and lots of attention and it may be a perpetual battle. But that effort is much better than losing a nail to an active fungus. If you can tolerate tea tree oil and whatever is in this product (I actually found the scent enjoyable), it may work for you as well. It's a marathon though, so be patient.

It works!
Unlike the miracle cures you'll see on cable, this actually works! Not in a day or two, but over time you'll be cured of toenail fungus.

May work if you follow instructions
My hubby is trying something new. Its a battle, but follow directions as much as possible. Using different brands have worked some. Always look for the product with tea tree oil. He has been using this for a week now. It seemed to smart a little (tingle) but now is ok. The few nails are at a stand still and one is starting to look like this maybe doing a little bit. I think the trick is: keep nails short, file the nail bed, clean feet with alcohol , let dry, then apply on all toes, let dry for 15 mins. Who has that kind of time?! Plus doing it 3 x's a day. Give it a try. Summer time is easier ...wear sandals. He maybe ordering another bottle. The trick is don't stop doing something even if it is only once a day for 6 months.
