Really good oil. It's both a strong evoo and a strong garlic oil. It may be too strong for some. I mix it with more evoo until I get the flavor to just evoo with a light garlic flavor.

We were expecting it to have basil leaves in the oil but regardless, it's very, very flavorful. We love it.
