I got this to help with my overall gut health and it has made a huge difference! I’ve been sleeping better, I’m less bloated, and my gut doesn’t feel as heavy. It’s a great product! It has no taste so I can put it in any drink in the morning.

We are on our 3rd jar of this and I will continue to purchase it. Honestly, I have not noticed a huge difference, but my husband has experienced changes in his gut health. We mix it in our smoothies and it does not change the taste or consistency at all. My only complaint is the size of the handle on the measuring scoop. The handle is really long and it makes fitting it back in the jar difficult, especially when it’s new and there is a lot of powder. It’s a minimal complaint and nothing that will stop me from buying it.

I think this product works decently, it does seem to flush you out and you will have to pee a LOT, but unfortunately the powder smells like a dirty hamster cage and doesn’t taste great in water. I mixed it with a little lemon juice and mio and it’s much more tolerable.

I just finished this today. So far so good. My poops have finally began to come together instead of being mostly runny or explosive; leaving the back side of the toilet looking like a horror movie or something.Whenever I get more money to buy this again I'll be ordering it.

This stuff is fantastic. Within the first 10 days of taking it my stomach bloat was almost completely gone. I went from wearing a size XL shirt to a size large shirt, purely based on that I always had a problem with constipation and after taking this, that is no longer an issue, I suffer from ulcers and gastritis but since taking this I have had zero issues. At first I didn’t think it was the naked gut but I ran out of the powder and within two weeks I was back to being constipated and bloated. I am now on my second jar, and the results are amazing and definitely from naked gut.
