Excellent!!!Taste is extremely similar to the hot chili sauce you get at American-Chinese restaurants – which to me is delightful.Unlike lesser SHU sauces, like Blair’s Ultra Death (rated at 1MM SCU for the non-Kosher that contains the Carolina Reaper as the second ingredient), it takes a little while longer to accentuate and peak yet remains that much longer and stronger. Of course, the 3MM SHU potency is a direct indicator of how long the effect will remain and how much (less) one may wish to place per serving until acclamation. Definitely ordering another one in the next few days; beautiful product!ARTIFACT EXTREME BURN 3 MILLION SCOVILLE PEPPER EXTRACT and others have a very distinct flavor / heat mix that goes extremely well depending on your dish and other pairings (like a good wine and personal mood, your taste and heat will dictate what will better go with what and how much). Amazing if you enjoy your spicy flavors, has a very nice smokey mixed with a black pepper, the heat is there as well, mix it with a sauce that has a good strong pepper flavor and it is magnificent.
