Added about 1 inch on each hip. I like the way it enhances my outfit. Doesn't show through clothes at all. Made a slight difference, but not too much that it looks fake. Very natural, comfortable. Doesn't alter your body dramatically. Good compression in the shorts.I'm 5'4. 215lbs. 47inch hip measurement. At first I got XXL and it was a little big, the XXL also has a thicker pad which made it a little more noticeable. The XL fit me perfect, the thighs squeeze a little, but I have toned legs. If you have thicker thighs, the XXL is better.

I ordered a 2X which is what I wear, the product was extremely small. It fit more like a Large than a 2X. My sister who is a medium could fit them better than I could. I would size up 2 sizes for future orders.

I first ordered this beginning of last year and it was perfect. Fit great, the pads slid in easy. Made my hip dips dissappear as well as gave me a great shape! It lasted a while, But as most things do, they wear out. The waste band got stretched out so I got another one.NowI'm not sure what they did, now everything is smaller. Especially the pads! They are thinner and super cheap feeling, i know they wont lastthe pads are so thin it doesnt hide my hip dips nearly as well as it used to. The garment is smaller too, I tried to use my old pads (since it was the the stretched out waste band I didn't like) and they definitely don't fit. Which is disappointing. Over all cheaper made for sure. Go back to what you had before!

The product overall was great! It had a snug fit and felt nice. Unfortunately as you can see in the photos the pads don’t fit in the pockets made. Therefore it creates a thick layer when it’s on. Sadly this causes it to be noticeable, even with jeans on. Not sure if this a manufacture error or what but I will be returning it

These are surprisingly nice quality, they compress slightly but are still very comfortable and the waist band doesn’t roll like most shapewear. I’m a size 12 and the xl fit perfectly. I worried the padding would be too obvious because it was thicker than expected but they look shockingly subtle under a dress. Hip dip problem solved.

See my before and after. Its some hips now up in here! I'm a little scared to wear it to work. I'm afraid the change is too noticeable. I'm not gone lie, I probably would lie if some ignorant person asked me where I got hips from and tell them I had a procedure or something...aint none of their business anyway! The hips look good tho. It makes clothes look good. No added booty, which I didn't want anyway. I just need some help in my hips. I'm definitely wearing on the weekends though. The only issue is that you can see on the last pic an invention that shoes I'm wear some type of undergarment under my jeans...I took off one star. I ordered a medium. I weigh 165. The pads are a little large in person.

I am so happy with this product. I wanted something that would just smooth out the look of my hip dips in a form-fitting bridesmaid dress (because as we hip-dippers know, we get a muffin top effect). This was the most natural-looking of the ones I bought, and it is also the most comfortable (the breathable fabric won’t get as hot). If you’re like me, it’s a great pick. If you want real enhancement, try something else. (5’5”, 145, 39” hips)
