Starbucks Espresso Capsules Compatible with Nespresso Original Line Machines - Variety Assortment 50 Count

I wrote another review for another set of pods made by Don Francisco and I think those are the ones to buy. Peets brand/Nespresso brand then Don Francisco I say are the ones to consider for taste. This is third/fourth best depending on how you read that last sentence.Regarding taste for the Starbucks nespresso, it's the only one that tastes like Starbucks (that's good) but unfortunately I found the flavor to be lacking especially if the Lungo or Long shot was pressed. I say lacking because using Nespresso is kind of a double edged sword. It's a great espresso option so long as you don't pull too long of a shot. You'll know what I mean if you have espresso often from a real espresso machine. That said, if you are pulling shots from a Nespresso, the shorter the shot the better it tastes. The Starbucks, starts to fade the quickest (not including the other budget Nespresso capsultes) in taste.So are you saying that the Starbucks Nespresso capsules are bad? No. They're the 4th one I'd consider though. My advice? Try a bunch and see for yourself as your taste buds aren't like mine but if I were a betting man, I'd say my rankings are pretty spot on.

While these do 'fit' the Nespresso Original Line machines, the shape of them is so awkward barely any espresso comes out. Sometimes, none at all. I check the capsules after use and some aren't even punctured, some are broken, and some appear to have punctured properly. Overall, a complete waste of money.

The coffee that was sent was not even Starbucks.........it was some brand I had never heard of, started with an F. How weird was that. Didn't taste very good either, not as good as Nespresso.

Didn't like anything about them. Gave them away as they wouldn't take them back
