The soap may have settled due to long-term non-use or insufficient shaking and dilution. It is recommended to add warm water and adjust to the third level to sense multiple times until the foaming is normal

Q: No response to charging?

The product is shipped with a small amount of power. The battery is completely exhausted during transportation. After receiving the product, please continue charging for 1.5-2 hours and use it after it is fully charged

Q: No reach sensor, but the soap dispenser foams by itself?

It is caused by false triggering. It is recommended to choose a non-reflective table and install it 0.65ft away from the table. It may also be caused by contaminants in the sensing area. Please wipe the sensing area clean

Q: What types of soap are not recommended for use?

Can't use a soap with particles, such as starlight hand soap, fluorescent hand soap, etc., particles can cause blockage
