Awkward at first
I bought this circle cutter to make aperture cards its a little tricky to use at first as you have to press down on the big knob & hold the button in on the smaller knob whilst turning at the same timeIt took a few attempts before i got it right its still a bit fiddley but makes a good circle once done .The instruction are not that great as most of it is in chinese .I have been trying to find replacement cutter head for it but have not had much luck , i don't need the new cutter head just yet was just looking for when i do as i'm sure it wont stay sharp for too long

good value
Simple to use.Cuts a clean edged circle,on paper and card[used a med weight card]you need to put a reasonable amount of pressure on when cutting,if you put to much pressure on ,the blade doesn`t move freely and you can end up with a circle thats not completly cut.think it will be practice until you get used to the amount of pressure you need to use. As the blade is very sharp i use the cutter on a self healing cutting mat

Can anybody speak Chinese?
This item arrived on time but all the instructions on how to use it are in Chinese so, needless to say I haven’t taken it out of the packet yet. I’ll go back to drawing round a cup!!

Works well
I was hesitant to purchase based on some reviews but I'm happy with it. Instructions were not in English but it didn't take much effort to figure out how to operate it. Easy to use. Clean cuts. Happy with safety feature. My only concern is the lack of available replacement blades. I see past responses from manufacturer on Amazon was that blade should last 'forever'...sounds too good to be true.

Cuts perfect circles
I needed a circle cutter that would cut at least 80 lb cardstock paper. I've tried some others but they didn't work that well. I didn't have high expectations for this one but I was pleasantly surprised. It took a few practice tries to get the hang of it, but it cuts really well and easily cut thru my heavy cardstock paper. I'm happy with this purchase!

Works as intended - but rather tedious. USE A CUTTING MAT!
I ordered this for making "dot curtains" for a birthday celebration, as it could do many different size circles as needed, and I wouldn't have to purchase 3-4 different punches to do it. So for the value, having one "machine" that did it all, well done. The blade is definitely sharp - you need to use a cutting mat or even a plastic/wood cutting board underneath (I have those flimsier plastic cutting boards and they worked perfectly fine). Have a few test sheets ready; the size you think something will be by the ruler on it, are actually come out bigger than you would think. The smallest circle it will make is still about palm-size, even though when you set the ruler it looks like it would be teeny. The only other thing I will mention is that trying to move it around in a circle while you also pinch the blade to come down while you also applky proper pressure tot he stable-side and then push hard enough on the cutting side can drive you a little mad if you're doing a lot of these - it's not exactly smooth-sailing, and might leave some frustration, but it got the job done in the end. Plan on probably using thicker paper and with thicker paper don't try to do more than two sheets at a time!

??????????
Received product today. It's great except for the fact that all the instructions are written in what looks like an Asian language. Good job in advertising Amazon!!!!
