Q: Is this a good machien? What state is it made in?

I purchased the machine for my brother-in-law he says it works great he had purchased a cotton candy machine two years ago from another company and it was made in China and It broke he couldn't get parts for it I purchased this one because its mass in America and if there's any problems I should be able to call the company direct and get any parts needed

Good but.....

This is my third professional cotton candy machine and i can tell you that this machine gonna do the Job but the manufacture team have to work on the noise of the machine and the stability of the bowl at the machine.
