So far everything works great. Good daytime photos and night photos. Videos are clear and audio crisp. However I have only used it for two or three days.. I will update soon.

The user manual absolutely sucks. Terms in it do not correspond to markings on the camera. I will update this review once I figure out how to use the fricking thing. Did I say the user manual sucks? Well, it does. It sucks.Updated: It still sucks. The manufacturer seems to know it, as they include a brief pamphlet, "Simple Operating Instructions," as an addendum to the user manual. In it "TEST" is corrected to "SETUP," as it is printed on the camera, but the pamphlet throws in a bunch of other stuff that just further confuses things. They actually use "pls" to mean "please." Are you kidding? It's an instruction manual, not an SMS message. Plus, you need to provide exact instruction on how to use the various functions of the camera. Currently, there is no instruction on how to review photos and videos. Again, are you kidding? You give detailed instructions (and photographs!!!) on how to open and close a buckle, but you don't tell how to view the photos? And those embarrassingly simple buckle instructions mislabel the locking holes. Those would be the holes big enough to put a lock through. They are not the pinholes on the buckles, themselves. On top of all that, you need a native English speaker to revise your manual. The poor English just makes everything worse. I suspect the German, French , and Japanese language sections need similar attention.

Works great, but the whole apparatus is clunky. The arm that holds it up doesn't hold the weight, and the process of getting the images out and into the tv couldn't be any more twenty years ago. But it operates as advertised.

Looking for someone to cantact me and make good on a faulty camera. I own 6 of these and love them but 1 broke after 2 months. I’ll update after I’ve heard from customer service.

Well, I thought it wasn't working! Put in the batteries, read and followed the directions; but when I tested for the first time while camping in Rocky Mountain National Park, I didn't think I was getting any video or audio recorded.I WAS WRONG.It certainly was recording; I just could tell it while the unit was open and still strapped to the tree. I left it on overnight and brought it home after the end of the trip. Thought about it a week later and plugged the memory into my computer. It had recorded THIRTY FIVE videos with audio. And the video was clear and crisp; as good as I'm inclined to pay for.My only problem is that I pointed the unit towards the roadway in the park so that every car that passed during the night set it off. Thus the 35 videos; almost all of cars passing about 50 feet away. The sensor is much more sensitive than I expected. Next time, I strap it to a tree facing away from the road and towards our tents. Lesson Learned.For an inexpensive trail camera, it worked great. It'll work even better now that I've had some experience with it.

I ordered this trail cam needing it to check out wildlife on my property. I was impressed when i received it. The trail cam box was very sturdy and well supported the product and the trail cam is easy to use and set up. It takes awesome pics during the day and at night. In fact i love this trail cam so much I plan on buying more. I totally recommend this trail cam for anyone looking great quality and low price makes for an awesome buy.

I purchased this trail camera on May 11, 2017 and didn't try using it until end of June beginning of July because I had another camera that used film which I wanted to finish. When I finally did try to use this camera I couldn't get the menu button to work. Because I had an appointment with the Geek Squad I also took my trail camera with me and had them try and they confirmed the menu button doesn't work. I tried calling the number listed for the Blue Rose-USA and was told he doesn't sell cameras and I was the second person that called with the same problem. I had to look up the company's name to find an address. The company name and address is not listed in the instruction booklet nor anywhere else. They are located in China form what I found. The camera arrived DOA (dead on arrival). I'd give it minus 5 stars but the review doesn't show how. Oh, I also had to buy a SIM card.

Excellent product! I was pleasantly surprised to find this camera to be as good as advertised and very easy to set up and use if you just take the time to read all of the instructions before hand. Love it!
