BIZOND Travel Garment Mini Steamer for Clothes, For Travel, For Home, Iron

Received it today, unpacked & read instructions then began its "trial run" to check it out: perfect size for travel and storing on a closet shelf; love the velcro cord holder! Produced full steam in 70 secs, took out wrinkles on a linen blouse despite my clumsy efforts to coordinate holding the hem taut as I moved the steamer vertically. blouse done in a very short time & steamer had enough water in the reservoir to steam another blouse. Efficient, fast and easier to use than setting up my iron & ironing board especially when needing something (one item) unexpectedly. Has a brush attachment so I can neaten my hubbie's suits for special events after they've been hanging in the wardrobe a while. I plan to use it to sanitize pillows and items that don't launder successfully despite manufacturers' claims that item can be thrown in the washer and dryer. I will be ordering one for my young relative who doesn't own an iron and could use a handy, practical time-saver in her crazy-busy schedule.

Water was boiling over and scalded me plenty of times. I tested it on a shirt which came out nice but a couple of days later - same shirt came out as crumpled as it originally was. The cord was too short to maneuver around and 1 200cc of scalding liquid is enough for 1 size XXXL shirt. I lost patience and I had to return item the same day I got it.Update: (September 15, 2017)After I posted a 1 star review, I was contacted by the company to try the product again to which I agreed to. I received the new product within 2 days and here's my most recent review:The power cord is still too short which is a flaw on itself but the replacement item I got was much better with steam control and I noticed less water spewing out of the steam holes. To begin with, I most likely received a defective product on my initial order! This steamer works best with silk and similar fabric material. Understandably, this is a small portable item that you can take on your travels. Even if the reservoir is small for water, you can still safely add more water while it is plugged in.Excellent customer service and very attentive to customer complaints/needs/issues.

This Steamer works great! I tested this out on a couple of shirts, but my main goal is to use on a wedding dress. I attached a before and after picture of one of the shirts.It takes about 60 seconds to heat up and it took me about another 60 seconds to use. You will notice I didn't get every single wrinkle out, but if I had spent a few more minutes they would of come out easily.It so easy to use, you full to max line with water, plug in, turn on, wait a minute, and then use on items. This is great to use for everyday use in the morning since it is simple and fast to use.This item is great for busy people because it is so fast and efficient.

Totally disappointed with this steamer. Worked great the first time but when I went to use it the second time, it only shot out large quantities of water all over my crepe blouse and dress sweater. I tried using it again and no matter what I did it continued to only shoot out large quantities of hot water which is a safety issue as I do not want to get electrocuted with water shooting everywhere and down the sides of the steamer. I do not have the original box to return so I am going to toss and buy a new one from a different manufacturer. I did my research prior to buying and this product received good reviews so I was totally caught off guard. Very disappointed!

Update: the seller contacted me after posting my review about my faulty product and was so helpful! They sent me a new steamer and it has worked wonderfully! The customer service is unmatched and couldn’t be happier with my product. It no longer leaks when in use and steams everything perfecty. I changed my rating from 2 stars to 5.Old review: This product does its job, but it makes a mess in the process. It steams my clothes well, but mine leaks from the bottom of the steamer. I always end up with a water stain or the floor is covered in water. I’m very disappointed because I never had any issues with the steamer I had prior to this one.

I have waited a few months purposely to post this review. I have never had a steamer, so this was my first one. The first few times I used it, it AMAZED me! It got the wrinkles out to perfection and I immediately fell in love with it! But then colder weather arrived, so I didn't use it for awhile.When I finally did use it again, making sure again that I followed the directions and filled it to the appropriate line, etc., I found that it spit and spewed all over my clothes! In fact, my clothes were so wetted by it, that I had to find something else to wear to work, because I didn't have time to go dry my outfit. Well, there was nothing I could do at the time, so I emptied it out, then went to work. After work, I went straight to see what might have happened with my little steamer! This time I tested it on several garments...over and over again. It again spewed all over my clothes! I waited a day or two, and tried using it again--same result--more spewing and coughing water all over everything. Needless to say, I'm now "out of love" with this little steamer, as well as out of money from having purchased it. I can't imagine what happened to it. I know it did not fall or anything, because I have a huge bedroom, and kept it safely in a corner, where it sat all the time, unless I was using it. I also always followed the directions to a T. So sad that my sweet little steamer turned bad.

This is the 3rd mini steamer I have purchased in the last 2 years. This one has already at lasted the other 2. I just love it. It is light weight and never spills out even when you have to use it on an angle. Works fantastic. Loved it so much I bought one for each of my 3 daughters. And they rave about it as well.Since I threw out my iron, I would never go back to it again. I use my steamer everyday I mean everyday. On everything. Great on curtains and dust ruffles even when they are hanging up. Best purchase ever. Highly recommend. I give it t plus stars. Best part i even take it with me when i travel. Must wish it had a travel case for it.
