Item not as advertised
Item supposedly has an internal battery that last 8 hours and an indicator that tells when battery is charging/charged. What I received LOOKS like the item in the pictures, but it does not have a battery -- it only works when plugged in. In addition, what looks like the display on the top of the unit is not a display, but just a gray plastic piece with the word "snowbear" on it. The item appears to work fine for refrigeration, but is not useful for air travel or other modes where an electricity source isn't available or you are not carrying a separate, external USB power source.

No Traveling!!
It did keep my insulin cold as long as it was plugged up. NOT good for traveling however, it does not have a battery to keep it on.

No Manual or Paperwork of Any Kind
I am testing the to see what internal temp can be. I like the size & great if it works for travel. The issue is that there was not a manual with the unit.

Works but it is NOT the same as the picture. No digital display

No English instructions but later emailed.
Only instructions were a booklet entirely in Chinese. F/U contact with supplier received instructions by email. Works well. Plug in only- not battery operated.

It doesn’t work
The device was not able to maintain the required temperature (2 to 8 C). The lowest it could go was 15 C.

Fine but don't leave unplugged
Stays around 6 - 7. Just don't leave it unplugged.

Looks too unreliable
Very disappointed with the product, has no temp indicator as shown on your add or the box? Dont know what it keeps temp at and very small unit. Would like to return, is this possible?
