Q: Does this have a wire rim to see the baby on the top while breastfeeding ?

Yes. But the wire rim is very weak. Not adjustable, and will break if you wash it. The cheap wire broke out of mine. Then it was sticking out and could easily injure my baby with the sharp wire, so I had to throw out this nursing cover! Total waste!

Q: What do you mean by size 0-3 months? Will it not work for babies older than 3 months?
