BISHOPS BEDS LTD Mega Deal on Bed Slat Holders 28 X Side Rail and 14 x Centre Rail (52mm)

I'm slightly overweight (not massively, bit of a beer tub) and my crappy old bed slat holders were made of some second rate plastic that simply crumbled under my power. So, I replaced them, with these puppies, now, I can sleep without sliding down to the end of my bed - like that scene in Wallace and Gromit where he slips down into the kitchen into those massive mechanical pants.Although it would be great to have a pair of massive mechanical pants, and a dog that could make me toast, I still prefer the fact that I now get a decent night's sleep. Even though the moon isn't made of cheese.

Ordered this kit from what turned out to be another supplier although titled the same. It fitted well. This kit does not fit the bed. I understand things may be slightly different ie the centre fixings don't marry up with the holes but the single slat fixings differ. How can two kits supposedly made by the same people be different. One kit fits one doesn't.

Great price. Great product... Not brittle plastic so won't break like many similar products. Unfortunately the prong centres were too wide for the bed frame, so returned.

They were a slightly different size but because they are pliable, they are absolutely fine..
