I used these knee patches on my ankle. They gave such relief…worked for 4 plus hours as mentioned!

I ordered it for my mom and it just drags down when she walks. Glue is not good but the heating is good she got a little sigh of relief after a lot many cellotapes and bandages to stick this path with.

The heat isn't as strong as a hot water bottle but it helped. The shape isnt ideal if your pain is on the knee but good otherwise. Also if you're hairy, it'll hurt to pull it off 😜Overall, I'd recommend it as an easy, quick heat solution without relying on others to give you a hot water bottle
