Great sealer for the price, does the job, simple and intuitive to use. The display panel includes push buttons fro selecting type of product to be sealed, thickness of bag and type of seal. We particularly like the count down and compete lights.Got an immediate response from customer service regarding sealing bags so we are very satisfied with our purchase.

Fair price, good quality. Easy to use and effective. I've been using this to vacuum seal meat, and it's been a game changer. Meats that have been vacuum sealed don't get freezer burnt, and don't pick up a weird flavor from being in the freezer for a long time. The meats, once thawed, are just as fresh as the day I sealed and froze them. I am sooo happy I took a chance on this.

I've had for about nine months now, and it's working perfectly, and I use it a couple times a month. When using it with my brother, he mentioned that it sealed easier than the model that he currently has. I've only had bags not seal on a couple of occasions when there was a fold in the bag, not the fault of the machine. I'm happy with the purchase and would purchase again if eventually needed.

I LOVE this vaccum sealer(Update, the foam seal fell off but they sent me an entire new machine when I called, Joy the brand manager that helped me was so nice and even persistent when I didn't call back right away. I appreciate that. I had to get this same brand and not the cheaper ones!!I've had a couple others before this one and I'll never go back... it has various settings for how wet or moist to the contents in the bag are, including dry moist wet.. the cutter is on top and it seemed to work really well for the first month or two.I was using it somewhat frequently for food as well as for items I sold online & had to fit in shipping container...Reattach tips:If the foam loop (that is attached to the top and when lid closed, seals the airtight area) falls off and uou need to reattach the foam air sealer loop... just call them and dont try ykurself right away. I ruined my first one.tips to avoid what I did.You have to set it in the **bottom** groove where it goes when you shut the lid... not where it fell off of.. to glue it back properlyotherwise it cant air seal properly and its too hard to align it with the indented track it goes in on the bottom once lid is closeed.... make sure it doesn't rip ANYWHERE, set it in the groove/track shaped just like it on bottom (inside w lid open).. carefully put glue on top of it without putting too much, it cant overflow!Worth it.

Update, I origanily highly recommened this thing but after using maybe a dozen times it let me down today. I put my burger in the bag, about 1.75 inches between seal and food, closed it down and vac sealed, it didnt seem to vacuum out as much as last time and after it said it was sealed I removed and it started filling with air. I tried a few times then opened a new thing of bags and same issue I even just sealed and put water in and it leaked through a couple seal spots. I keep this thing clean and is stored in its box, failed on the 12th use. 2 stars for the first 12 times it did work

Good product! It does what it should. I had an issue with my first unit after probably 10 uses. I contacted the company and they sent me out a new one in less than a week. Great customer service. I will say the bag cutter does not work great but other than that it’s solid for the price!
