My iron was on low side and my doctor prescribed me folic acid.I ordered it through amazon and it came out very next day perfectly packed.It does not make me constipated and I dont feel stomache after taking it like regular iron pills.The size of the pill is easy to swallow.

Good product I take daily

I have not had my 30-day blood work done to see if my folic acid has increased or not (I will update accordingly if needed), but thus far it's not my favorite supplement. It is a small pill and easy to swallow. I don't think it has an after taste, however, when I open the bottle there is a slight smell that grosses me out which I associate with the pill.
