Bought this for a backup solution to my work laptop whilst I'm studying a Masters - for the money it's a fantastic bit of kit. Quick loading, good interface and OLED have made this a quick win.Only downside is not limited to this item - Office365 app support has been withdrawn so can only use MS onlineOverall - as a part-time main option or full time small use option it's fantastic.**29/09 update - unfortunately I simply cannot get to grips with MS office online and don't seem to be able to save anything as an MS file - they have to be saved as google docs which is no use for me - therefore returning product. Unfortunately for Amazon, their website was much more friendly and capable than the person on the phone I was talking to!

The product arrived damaged with scratches on the keyboard and screen.

Does everything I want it to. I can plan my day, communicate with trades, friends and family, read, write, listen and watch, online or in app. It has work, rest and play covered in a light and task adaptable turn factor that weighs little and looks great.

We had to send one back because it stopped charging but we got a replacement and it’s been absolutely fine ! Great screen

I love this tablet: it's good for a lot of tasks, I use it mainly to do some work on my coach and to browse the web. It is powerful enough to do these tasks very good, chromeos is the best tablet os in my opinion for this use.The downsides are:- a little too big to carry on outside, also a bit heavy, maybe 12" would have been the best compromise;- The screen is too fragile! unfortunately it cracked after a very small fall. It is not like other tablets or a smartphone. Furthermore the screen price is very high! Beware.Edit: I have to add my bad experience with Amazon and Lenovo support for screen replacement:First of all Amazon said they can't do anything for me, and invited me to contact Lenovo.So I wrote to get support on the Lenovo website and they asked me to send them the prdouct. Once I sent it, they asked me 500€­ for the screen replacement! my question to Lenovo is: how can the screen of a product has a price amount higher then the product itself?I ended up buying a replacement from Ali express for 180€ and mount it by myself, fortunately at least it is easy enough, because there is no need of glue.So now you know you have to pray not to have any issue with Lenovo product, support can be very painful.

The design of the product with it separating into a tablet makes it top heavy. It joins with a magnet which works well and the protective case also clips on magnetically.When using as a tablet there is nowhere to hold it without touching the edge of the screen which means you are constantly getting functions appear that you didn't want.When using as a laptop it is top heavy and is only suitable to use sat at a desk or table. The protective case is useless and the fact that when you touch the edge of the screen is its fatal flaw as the glass is exposed and the first time it fell off the sofa it cracked the screen. This is not covered by the warranty and the cost of repair is slightly more than buying a new one.Overall don't buy as it is an accident waiting to happen.
