Love the appearance of this stand. We wanted a display for some books we have, and they are thicker heavier books. We were worried about them falling over, or not being able to stay open.This stand is sturdy with different angles for the display, I really like the small page holders, they don't dent the pages and keep the book in place.Fantastic!

This isn't a terrible book stand. It just doesn't have the option to lock the mechanism at a specific angle and move the stand from one place to another. I have another one that has a plastic locking back and I really love that I can move it with one hand.This stand is large and very portable. It is aesthetically pleasing and it is super easy to use. I just need something that allows me to pick it up and move it without it collapsing.If anyone else is looking for one that locks in place, search this site for the AddValue Book Stand. It is a great piece, great finished, good size.I wouldn’t necessarily take out as much as I do with a lap top. It is not for that.It is light weight and very foldable. It won’t use up too much space on your table or desk. Good to keep a book next to your computer. Great for coloring and even drawing.It holds books very well. Handles are sturdy and won’t get in the way. Nicely designed.I recommend it.
