Q: Is this kit good for concrete? To replicate stuff

Probably not. There's only about a cup total of the putty material, so you'd only be able to do really small things. Check YouTube for tutorials about DIY silicone putty. There's one where you can use silicone from the hardware store plus cornstarch. Haven't tried it yet, but intend to.

Q: Is this putty heat tolerant to 300 degrees?

It does not say. However, the temperature to de mold is 77°. I highly doubt it is rated for heated objects or hot liquid pours.

Q: Is the mold oven safe ?

It does not say. However it is a silicone putty and should be.
