Works and looks GREAT
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Pay the extra money and you will enjoy the work for this product. Purchased it and followed the directions and can not be happier. Again, don't rush it, follow the direction and watch the video. I would agree with other reviews, the color is a LOT lighter than the color sample on the page. I fine with the color, but you might want to go with a darker color. Very fine sand, easy to fill cracks.

This stuff works great!
I used this for a 240 square foot patio made of 1 foot pavers. Put down 3 - 4 inches of decomposed granite and used a plate compactor (rented from HD) to make sure it was solid. Then a 1 inch layer of sand to set the pavers. Set them in and lightly tamped them in. Just left a 1/8 inch gap between the pavers. They felt "loose" when walking on them, even though the base was very firm, they'd move slightly when walking. I had planned on using another brand of poly sand, but when I looked at the instructions, the stuff available locally said it was for 1/4 inch or larger gaps. I found this Dominator Polymeric sand at Amazon, it had good reviews, and said it could be used for 1/8 gaps. So I bought the 45 lb bucket.Installation was pretty simple: Spread the sand over the pavers, then sweep it into the gaps. I used a 24" push broom with fairly still bristles. Keep spreading sand and sweeping until the gaps are full. I found that going across the gaps at an angle worked best. When the gaps are full, sweep the excess off. Then use a leaf blower to get the remaining dust. Use the leaf blower LIGHTLY so you don't blow the sand out of the gaps!Following the instructions, I used a hose set on shower to spray small sections (about 8x10) at a time. Spray for 15 - 20 seconds until water just starts to pool on the sand, then stop and wait about 30 seconds. Then spray it a second time.It only took about 5 minutes to do my 240 square feet. I again used a leaf blower to blow any sand residue off the top of the pavers. To be honest, I don't think that made a difference on my concrete pavers, as I used the Titanium color, which perfectly matched the pavers. I don't think I did a good job with the second round of blowing, but there are no stains anywhere. That's it. Done. And when walking on the pavers immediately afterwards, they were SOLID! The sand was still wet, but this stuff really locked the pavers into place! And the next day, after the sand had cured more, it was even more solid. The stuff sets up almost like a good silicone sealant; it's flexible, but it's kinda glues the pavers together. I had about a 1/4 inch gap around the perimeter of the pavers, between the pavers and the aluminum edging I used, and (about 2 weeks later) you can press your finger into those spots and it's still kind of flexible. Solid, but flexible. It feels like it'll stay that way for years. And the pavers don't move around - at all! We moved our patio furniture onto it, and use it daily. The 45 lb bucket was just enough to do our 240 square foot patio with 12 inch paver with 1/8 inch gaps. And I mean just barely. If you have bigger gaps or smaller pavers, you'd need more. Yes, it's fairly expensive compared to the kind at the big box stores, but it's worth every penny. If you're doing pavers, don't even think about getting something else - this stuff is awesome!

Easy to use. Looks like new
Love the procduct. Easy to use. I would recommend 3 days of no rain after and decor kept lightly spray especially if bricks are on an incline.

Good high quality product
Works great. Follow directions. Don’t over do it by placing too much item on your bricks. It is better to apply lightly and then do a thorough sweep in. Holds up nicely to elements for years.

Don't buy it
I’m extremely disappointed with this polymeric sand. Despite following all instructions carefully, it never hardened. The sand spread everywhere — even inside my home. Now I have to pay for a power washer, hire labor again, and buy a new product to fix this mess. What makes it worse is that this sand was very expensive — I paid a premium expecting quality. Instead, I got garbage.Even more frustrating, my friend used the same product and now her pool is full of sand. That’s two households with ruined outdoor areas and wasted money.Do not buy this product. Save your time, money, and sanity.

Fills in large joints & stays if done correctly
I have tried other brands this product works the best I have tried. My joints are larger than normal as with time the have opened up some I couldn’t get other brands to stay as well . Easy to use looks good, dries pretty quick. Just make sure you have at a minimum of 6 hours for drying time in the event of rain. I will purchase again
