Very comfortable.
I have to sleep in a recliner because of a neck injury since I can't lie flat on a bed. This helps support my neck very well.

So grateful for this. It saved my back
I had surgery and had to sleep in an elevated position. For the first few days, I slept on multiple pillows but my back and neck were in severe pain. It was worse than the pain caused by the surgery. After a few days, I ordered this online and have been sleeping on elevated pillows with this to stabilize my neck. My neck and back pain are gone. It is a very comfortable pillow that I am certain I will continue to use even after my recovery.

Too hard
The neck pillow is built high quality, but I find it too hard for my taste. Quality wise 5/5, comfort wise 2/5 if you ask me.
