Ideal for joint pain patients or old age or sports persons as a support of knee . This knee support is made from cotton Lycra but looks like mixed one. When you wear it improves the blood circulation and enhances the performance of your muscles but make sure you wear totally in comfort and right position which should cover your knee totally . You have to wear it by putting your feet inside and adjusting by your hand cause this knee support is stretchable . It is universal size which fits everyone . You can also wash it by inside making out and dry in cool place not under direct sunlight which stretches it more quickly that looses it tightness.
