Great tool
THis has helped so much on my arms where I have some tight nerves causing my thumb and finger to go numb. Only scrape toward the heart....not down toward extremities. I love this

Just like the one my PT uses
This tool works great on my tendonitis issues. I have tennis elbow problems from lifting and repetitive overuse of my arms. I went to PT for this and the PT would incorporate using this tool with massage cream. It works amazing to relieve the pain when I use this tool. It's well made, sturdy, easy to hold and it comes ins a nice little sturdy pouch to protect it from getting damaged.
