Q: Do these make any kind of noise or give you a warning (that would wake you up) when battery is dead and its powering off?

Mine beep 1 time and when they have low battery it automatically pauses my video or audio on my kindle. A woman's voice says "power on" and "connected" when I turn on. But they have NOT ever said anything without me using the button to turn off. Better than others with very loud (painfully loud) beeps when battery is low.

Q: Are there any lights when it is in use? (Like a blue light meaning it’s on?) We like our room completely black with no lights.

No the band charges via USB. The speakers are low profile and if positioned correctly they are pretty comfortable. Buyer beware that the handband will turn your pillow case purple from the dye.

Q: doesi t make you head warm at night?

A little though the relaxation I get from wearing these overrides being slightly warm
