Works great and heats up fast!
Very satisfied with this unit. It seems sturdy and well constructed. I used it often and it takes just a couple of minutes for the room to be steamy. You most likely need a professional to install it, of course. It requires a steam pipe, water inlet, drain, and 220V wiring. Once set up, it is very simple to use and works great. I am not in love with how the control panel was made of plastic, it looks cheap but does the job. Overall, great steam generator for the price.

Controller Has Delicate wires
The device didn’t work at first. Mfg told me the error code was the sensor. When we took the controller off the wall, one very thin wire was revealed to be disconnected. It was too thin for the electrician to reconnect. The Mfg quickly shipped a replacement and it worked immediately. We haven’t used it much yet so I can’t say much about the device, but the service has been excellent.

Noisy
Works great but the valves are very noisy. I did not see this in any reviews, if I did I would not have purchased.This is a replacement and my previous shower steamer never “clunked” like this.Updated: its getting worse and I have not heard anything from supplier on how to improve or fix.

Timer setting not in manual.
Two issues:1. The manual does not describe how to set the switches on the timer. The default is that the steam shower is always on. Their support was quick to respond to my email. "if you want to time the machine for 0.5H, just flip 1 up. If you want to time 1H, just turn 2 up. If you want to time 2H, simply toggle 3 up."2. There is no hole drilled the controller wire. There is not even an indent to pop off. The 220 volt wire had a pilot hole, but none for control cable. I ended up cutting through the vent.

Steam room was a dream for home
If you don’t know what you’re doing, better get professional. After the electrician install 40AMP breaker, I’m doing the rest of the installation including the exhaust fan of 100cfm to suck out the moisture in the bathroom. I will enjoying this steam room for years to come.
