The first thing to note: the Ninja Creami relies on external freezing of ingredients - and this can take 24 hours, so it’s definitely not fast!That said, this feels like a well-engineered, robust device that literally powers a spinning solid blade through frozen ingredients! The Ninja can make luxurious, traditional ice-creams, using all-natural ingredients. It can also make devilishly easy fruit sorbets from the simplest recipes. (Just freeze canned mango pulp, for instance - this impressive machine quickly pulverises the frozen mass into a more-ish, refreshing, healthy sorbet!)Yes, the Creami is pretty noisy in actual operation, but this is only represents around 60” of activity. There are settings for full-fat ice cream, low-fat, Gelato, sorbets and frozen yoghurts - all seem to work reliably and consistently.All the regularly-used moving parts are dishwasher-friendly, quick to disassemble and a breeze to clean. Simply combine all your ingredients in the supplied 500ml pots, freeze for 24 hours and then effortlessly process in seconds for delicious, mostly-healthy (!) frozen delights to impress!There is even a slower setting to spin solid ingredients through a previously-made ice-cream, like chocolate chunks, fudge pieces and nuts!This machine is hard to fault!

I love this machine!So easy to make the ice creams or sorbet that I have made loads already and only had it a couple of weeks.Easy to clean the blade (which is not sharp at all and does not need to be) and easy to clean the lid in warm water.Only thing I would have liked was another 5 of the pint containers to make more mixes at a time and Amazon never seem to have them in stock.
