I've just started the entire combination - literally 3 days in - and I notice my energy levels, clarity and stamina already shifting. My stomach is already flatter, which is a nice side effect. The two caveats - I drink celery or vegetable juice in the morning, then decaf tea with collagen peptides, tocos and MCT oil and I tend not to have any food until later in the day. If you take the Ignite without food, it causes nausea - so I have to figure out something I can eat with it. I had some chickpea blondies today and that seemed to work, so you don't need a massive amount of food, just something in your stomach. The second caveat is that if you are sensitive to caffeine, it can make you super wired. I can't even think straight until it wears down a little. After that it feels great. My father is suffering from memory loss and cognitive processing issues recently and I gave him a capsule of Ignite and Optimize this morning and I noticed that he immediately perked up and started reading the newspaper so I highly recommend it for that.

I can get the same ingredients from my kitchen and put them together.Did nothing for me. I haven't even finished the whole bottle. Why? I think at this point it's a mock product, don't waste your money.

This supplement is amazing!! I have Been using this product for a few months now and it has given me such good results. In just 9 weeks I have lost 27 lbs and I have so much energy! This definitely gives me a boost in the morning and again in the afternoon when I begin my workout. I would recommend this supplement over any other I have tried over 20 years to gain an edge with energy and weight management. I would however recommend for the absolute best results you take it along side the other two offered (Fortify and optimize) all three together give you an overall well balanced feel and I have seen improvements in all aspects of my health from strength and stamina to mental, digestive and appetite these supplemts cover it all!! I will definitely continue these long term.

This product works. Keeps me focused and energized but even just taking 1 in morning I still have trouble sleeping at night.

I love the Juniper Life products. I have been on and off this product for the past 2 years, mainly because I suck at taking supplements when I am not eating healthy. I have never found a product that I miss as much, when I fall off the bandwagon, as I do with this product. Whether it’s the energy boost, the focus and clarity it gives me, or just the overall health benefits. I truly love this product! My goal for 2019 is to stay on this product whether I fall off the healthy bandwagon or not and see how it helps. I would recommend this product to anybody and everybody. Here’s to a healthy 2019!

This is seriously THE BEST for helping to suppress appetite while also giving energy and helping my focus! I've tried other products that make me jittery and I feel like I can't focus on anything. Ignite keeps my snacking in check but it doesn't mask hunger so you can really pay attention to your body's signals and still eat when you're hungry. I love how I have more energy during the day and I can still fall asleep with no problems at night. It seems to do a great job with fat burning too. I highly recommend it!

Did NOTHING, will not buy again

Tried several bottles. Could not see or feel any effects. Very disappointed.
