Amazing supplement
I’ve been a smoker for over 20 years and finally made the decision to quit. A good friend recommended Dr. Tobias Lung Health supplement to help support my lungs during this transition, and I’m really glad I gave it a try. After using it consistently for a few weeks, I genuinely feel a difference. My breathing feels clearer and deeper, especially in the mornings when I used to struggle with tightness in my chest. I can tell it’s helping my lungs detox and recover from all those years of damage.I also like that the formula includes ingredients specifically chosen for lung support, like herbs and antioxidants. It gives me peace of mind knowing I’m doing something extra to take care of my health after quitting smoking. If you’re a former smoker or just want to support your lung health, I definitely recommend this supplement. It’s been a great addition to my routine and has made this transition feel a little easier. Very happy with the results so far.

Does its job perfectly, and effects are shown in few weeks! Cons: Pricey, Swallowing is a bit hard
The Dr. Tobias Lung Health Supplement has become an integral part of my daily routine, and it's made a noticeable difference in supporting my respiratory well-being. If you're seeking to improve your lung health, this supplement is worth considering.Right from the start, I noticed a positive impact on my bronchial and respiratory system. The combination of Vitamin C, Butterbur, Quercetin, and Bromelain seems to be effective in promoting better lung function and detoxification. It's reassuring to know I'm taking steps to support my lungs, especially in today's environment. The supplement's non-GMO formula aligns with my preference for natural products, and with 60 capsules per bottle, it offers good value. However, I must note that the capsules are slightly larger and a bit harder to swallow compared to some other supplements I've taken. While not a deal-breaker, it's something to consider.Since incorporating this supplement, I've experienced improved breathing comfort and lung capacity. Whether I'm working out or going about my daily activities, I feel a positive difference. Additionally, the inclusion of Vitamin C provides a welcome boost to my immune system. On the downside, I find the price point of the Dr. Tobias Lung Health Supplement a tad higher compared to similar products. While I do believe in investing in quality, the cost might be a consideration for some.I think the Dr. Tobias Lung Health Supplement offers comprehensive lung support that's effective and beneficial. It's helped me with my respiratory function, and I appreciate the inclusion of quality ingredients. However, the larger capsules and slightly higher price are factors to weigh. If you're looking for a solid lung health supplement and are willing to manage these aspects, this product could be a good fit for you.

Helped this allergy ridden asthmatic
This is one of those products that you use, run out of, stop using, and then a couple of weeks later are left wondering why you feel like crap and realize it's because those vitamins you ran out of must have actually been working.I am not a doctor or medical professional and can only explain my own personal experience with these vitamins. I will say for those who don't feel the need to read the details below - I now have these on subscription because I never want to run out.For those who want more details....I have had asthma since I was 13years old. Honestly - it was probably all of my life and I just went undiagnosed. My asthma is pretty bad - using nebulizer treatments throughout high school, inhaled steroids, the whole thing. I also have horrible allergies that, shocker, make my asthma significantly worse. A year ago I moved to a state that would literally make me sick when I'd visit because of how bad it makes my allergies. My doctor doubled my daily steroid controller meds it was so bad. These vitamins have helped me to the point of being able to take just my 'regular' controller meds with limited use of my rescue. When I don't take these I find that I am using my rescue inhaler about 2-4x a day rather than once in a while (not daily). For helping to control your symptoms and improve your lung health I highly recommend these.Where I didn't notice a difference: I got very bad smoke inhalation from being on a trail that got hit by a wild fire and maintained these as part of my daily supplements. Granted I've never had smoke inhalation before so I'm not sure what 'normal' healing time is like - but I don't think these did much to help. I still took longer than what the doctors said would be 'normal' (granted I have a garbage immune system - my body takes forever to heal, it's kind of comical) and months later I still get a little rumble in the bottom of my lungs on exhale while laying down sometimes - though it's getting less and less. I honestly have found that I get more relief from inhaling oregano oil and drinking a tincture recommended by my doctor...but again...I have no control to compare this to. I suppose since it does help me with my asthma it must be doing something to help my lungs regenerate/stay healthy so in theory it would help someone who is healing from smoke damage (be it environmental or self/cigarettes' induced). If you're still on the fence and this describes your situation I'd suggest trying it for 1-2months. Stopping for 2-3 weeks and seeing if you notice a difference.Hope this helped someone make a decision, good luck in your search for lung health!

Been taking it religiously upon receipt and have felt no change. Might need to take for a full month to feel any difference.
