Price point is ok for what you get. It is Hollowtech II, so it is very light weight. The outer chainring was not true, slightly warped out of the box. But It operates fine with the Front derailleur.True for most low end Shimano cranks I've seen in the past. Bottom bracket installs very easily. They seem firm at first when installed properly, but with use they loosen up and remain smooth spinning. Make sure to use Anti-seize compound on the BB shell threads before installing and proper torque setting using a torque wrench and you will Not get any creaking that some say they get.

Crankset came in in absolutely perfect condition, bottom bracket was of good quality. This is a good crankset, it is very stiff and lightweight thanks to the Hollowtech bottom bracket/ two piece design.Even though it is not obvious, the outer chainring is aluminum alloy for weight savings. This is actually the same model that came on my 2015 Giant Defy 3. Shimano has recently unveiled their new Sora groupset in 2017, but this was the perfect opportunity to get a perfectly fine, high quality crankset at a discount. I kind of like the more traditional look of this older model. Very happy with my purchase and fast shipping. All manuals were included as well.
