Very easy to use. Heats water very hot and the thermal pot keeps it warm for quite a while. It's big enough to brew a pot of tea to last the whole day. Pours without spilling or dripping. I can get my hand inside to clean it. Lightweight, sturdy. We'll see how long it lasts.

It's a good thing this kettle is cheap because this is my second one to replace the first one which lasted onl 12 months of daily use. I've had kettles before that have lasted over 10 years but not this one. It just stopped working one day for some unknown reason. It's a good kettle though, does the job.

I have never had an electric kettle before and I LOVE this one. It doesn't have any of the working parts where you put the water so it's easy to clean. It heats up quickly. I can hear the switch turn off so I know it's ready, plus the sounds it makes... you get used to knowing when it's done... I think the only improvement i would make is to add a beep so if you're in another room you could hear it. Otherwise I think its "perfect" and I don't use that word often!

This is a piece of crap! Sure it looks nice and worked decently heating up water quickly but with infrequent use (used ever other day for making tea) only lasted 4 months! Which is JUST over the warranty period of 90 days so I can’t claim anything. So I’m stuck tossing this thing to find a new one. But hey, it’s cheap so what can you expect? But come the heck on... FOUR MONTHS?! Don’t buy the high star rating, it’s garbage! Spend a little more that will last longer!

It should have lasted longer.UPDATE: I contacted the company and asked how long the warranty was good for. They said my pot was still under warranty and after a series of emails with customer service to verify my pot was not working, they sent me out a brand new updated model of the pot.That's outstanding of the customer service to honor the warranty like that. It was the bottom part that wasn't working anymore, but since they didn't have that part in stock due to delays from the virus, they just replaced for a whole new unit.Very happy to have it.

The lid is very susceptible to thermal expansion, and becomes unopenable when hot. This means that if someone boils a small amount of water and leaves it near empty 20 minutes before you, you need to risk your hands burning to pry open the kettle so that you can boil more. Poorly designed. The rest of the kettle works fine, so 3 stars for that.

It gets extremely hot so fast and looks good enough to leave out as decorative piece for the kitchen!
