Prompt shipping, Many different resistances. Ive used them once and so far so good, I like the little carry bag they come with too...The only thing and the reason for four stars is that there is no "budget life" website. These come with a lifetime warranty and need to be registered online but the website cannot be found, it doesn't exist.

Lots of possibilities
This product is a good value for the money. I like that you get all 4 levels of resistance and that there is a storage pouch. They initially come packaged in individual plastic sleeves, which is nice because I have had other bands stick together in humidity. These are perfect for travel, although I use them at home too. There are a few suggested exercises that come on the instruction card, but there are many, many more possibilities. You can find plenty of routines on Pinterest. I also like to use these to help me get a better stretch. I have not had them long enough to determine if they lose elasticity with regular use, but they do come with a lifetime warranty, so you don't have to worry about defects.ALLERGY WARNING: 100% latex

The bands seem to be good quality and the bag is very convenient when traveling. However, if you workout regularly, the light and medium bands are way too light. I guess depending on how you use them they've may be fine, but for me I just use the heavy or extra heavy one.

What you'd expect
On a pure visual point, the logo is not something nice to look at, wish it wasn't on the bands. But the bands work just as they should. The edges were a little jagged on the medium band, looked a little cheap but nothing to cry about. They work properly.

Great bands!!
The bands are great and work very well, the travel bag is very convenient and the variety is very cool. The bands are each conveniently labeled and so far nothing has ripped or fallen apart so I'm very happy with the product. I highly recommend it!

Like these resistance band
Like these resistance band. However, the Green Band, which is the Light one arrived with a slit almost the size of a half inch and was disappointed so I haven't use that one for fear of it tearing apart altogether.
