Great replacement part!
So I have a 2003 honda accord 2.4l that I had been fighting a jerking and high idle for few months. Along with the famous honda reving idle. Only codes I was getting was a p0507 and a random p2279. I tried to replace the IAC twice and still wasn't getting anywhere. I smoke tested for vacuum leaks and found nothing. Cleaned the throttle body several times and still was having the same problems. I decided to replace the throttle body and found this one on here. So I ordered and replaced it. I started the car and instantly the idle was normal. It's been on the car for about 600 miles now and works just like it should. Packing was good and the gasket was included ad well. Very happy with this purchase as I have been trying to figure this out for months now. Only thing I can figure is the TPS that is riveted to the TB was faulty in the OEM one. This one works just as it should.

Fixed a erratic idle in my 2003 element, ran smooth also transmission issues, check engine light off
Fixed a erratic idle in my 2003 element, also transmission issues and check engine light all resolved.everything fit and worked perfectly! the replacement took about an hour to carefully replace without damaging anything else. lots of careful removal of attached parts, small clamps and screws that were rusted or corroded. the right tools are required . i put a rag in the opened hole to the intake manifold asap to prevent anything from falling in as i was working on the gasket. after install I pulled the ecu 15A fuse for one second and replaced it, to clear the Engine computer memory of the old part. then ran the engine with no ac, or any other accessories running for 5 minutes at 3k rpm in park. this was to reset the ecu to the new part, after that everything ran perfect, like it was 20 years ago. Good luck!

Throttle Body Review
I ordered a complete throttle body assembly, including TP sensor and Idle Air Control, which arrived on time and well packaged. The assembly was in great condition and included the gasket to mount on the intake manifold. My vehicle had a P0507 and P2279 trouble code related to the high and erratic idling condition. Install went great in and in a few mins after clearing trouble codes, the vehicle was running again. Though, after starting the car, the idle dropped to 500 rpms and the check engine light came back on. I scanned the vehicle for DTCs and P0122 came up (Throttle/Pedal position sensor switch 'A' circuit low). I cleared the trouble code and after a few miles has not returned. The idle shows 750-800 rpm on the scan tool so I will return later with an update.
