i got these for my upper back and shoulders because it seemed like it would be easy to give these areas a massage at my work desk (as i work long hours in front of a computer screen.) And they really are super easy to use. hands down even better to use at home - if you can get someone to give you basic full body massage, go for it! They are great on shoulders and back but also on your calves, head and for feet massaging as well. A great idea to use these either after popping them in the freezer for ten minutes, or leaving them in the sun for ten minutes...gives a great cooling or heat pressure to your massage.

I'm very pleased with the quality of this item. I purchased these thinking I could add some oil in the small hole in the back and use it to massage my legs. While it sounds like a good idea, it didn't work as I had hoped, which was to have a very large essential oil roller ball. That being said, if you simply want to use the rollers to massage, I expect you will like these.

These are a great buy. Giving my husband back rubs makes my hands sore and I always feel guilty that I can’t rub his back as long as he does mine! These save my hands. They’re weighted perfectly. No need to add any extra pressure. They work with massage oil, though it’s not necessary. Would absolutely recommend them.

Just ok. I didn't think it felt that great - neither did my boyfriend. We tried using oil or lotion and it really doesn't feel that gret - hands are definately better. It doesn't help with hand fatigue much either. I got these to see if I could press depper on my boyfriends back - it's just a different kind of hard fatigue- it doesn't do much to make it easier.

I have these in several places around the house and in the "paw bag" I put in the car for after dog walks. This is the perfect ball for ironing out the knots I get courtesy of an unhappy sacroiliac.

Used in a doula program where I work for birthing mothers. A lot of the nurses ordered them after seeing how successful they were in providing comfort measures for low back pain. Love them. Simple but practical.

These really work and are easy to use on each other.The ball slides and glides for a wonderful relaxing massage.They are a perfect size for holding and a good size for getting near the spine.

The size is perfect to fit in a purse or backpack, but also still big enough to be an efficient roller. It fits perfectly in the palm of your hand and the intended bottom with the grip makes its super easy to use. The bottom also has a hole where you can drop in essential oils, which has been a dream. Nothing bad to say about these at all.

Does the trick. Good price online, compared to stores. Cousin of mine bought one for $30, which is how I discovered this.But I feel you need someone to use it on you. Not really efficient for self use. That said, if my significant other use it ON me, particularly my legs? Bliss.

This is a great product for massaging sore, stiff muscles. I am recovering from a leg injury and I use it at home, between physiotherapy appointments. Well made product, feels very comfortable. The product also arrived in very good time.

These are a bit smaller than the ones I have seen in the stores and the base isn't as sturdy as others. I would have preferred ones with a square base, keeping it in place rather than teetering around a bit as I use it with my feet on the floor.They still do the trick though and are great for the price.
