Not bad but you definitely do not want to take this with coffee in the morning. That was a bit much. I've noticed a bit of burning like focused heart burn if I take it too soon after eating. Like all the websites advise, use it for a few days then take a break from it, or ramp up the dosage slowly then back down and rest. I take one on Mon and Tue with breakfast. Wed and Thur I'll take one with breakfast and another 3 hours later. Friday I take two with breakfast and one 3 hours later. None on the weekends. Been steadily losing 2lbs a week, but am also watching my diet and exercising more.

Love it!!! Keeps me energized and never hungry. I have to remind myself to eat. Also don't take after 3pm or you will be up all night.

I love this product! It keeps me energized and focused for work outs and as an added benefit it keeps my hunger at bay! This is a great product! And just as the title says, i did lose 20 in 30 :)

It is illegal to market ECA stack (ephedrine based supplements) as a weight loss supplement in the United States. The other review listed here is obviously faked and the company website is shady at best.
