I purchased the 16 oz jar. I never tried royal jelly before. My estrogen levels were going down due to my age. Two days after I started taking it and my breasts are already tender. My skin is softer and glowing, especially my face. I also noticed some change in my mood. I know all these are effects from increased estrogen levels. I’m more than satisfied with this product. About the taste? It’s not that bad. My taste sense is very sensitive and I can’t really enjoy it. It’s not bitter to me, but it has this special aftertaste that stimulates my gag reflexes. However, I don’t complain about it because I can find ways to deal with it. What I do is place the spoonful under my tonge for about one minute for better absorption and then swallow it with some kefir. That’s it. Being given all those benefits I mentioned, it’s totally worthy. I will purchase again.

It's very important that this royal jelly is Organic and GMO Free, since I'm sometimes allergic to GMO products! I can see the difference in me since I started taking one full spoon that came with the package instead of half spoon (which was suggested by another seller I purchase from before)... My missing memory is coming back quite a bit already after only a few days, and my sleeping quality is improved and I have better alcohol torlerance (judging by how fast I recovered from drinking couple glasses of wine). I'll definitely keep buying this royal jelly!

lasted about 22 days. on the last day i took two of the plastic teapsoonfuls and it seems like its more potent when two teaspoons are taken at a time. Only benefit I noticed from it was cognitive benefits.

I ’ve tried a lot of different brands of royal jelly. Improved immunity and increased my energy levels. Important that this is GMO free. High quality product. Also great packaging and delivery.
