Although expensive, great quality pan
I’ve purchased a few of these and I like the fact that it doesn’t have the metal bolts placed “inside” which might make things difficult when cleaning. There is a slight change in color of the inside coating when the pan gets overheated(brownish) and gets some burn marks but it still works well.I hope they could improve on making the brand mark stay on embedded even after washing because i cant even see a bit of the brand mark under the pan anymore and would have trouble remembering what brand it is
