I decided to try these after using the Garden of Life brand which at times can be hard to find or gets too expensive. I use these because I have issues with pre-hypertension and some fatigue, so, I wanted something that could possibly help with that naturally. I decided to try this brand as it uses naturally derived ingredients as well as they are third party tested and certified. I like that these are using organic ingredients although these are capsules as opposed to tablets. The capsules make these a bit easier to take, but I think I prefer the tablets more than the capsules, mainly because they feel and taste more natural, although to be fair, the capsules are made of plant cellulose.I take these capsules in combination with magnesium supplements and vitamin D. I have noticed that my blood pressure levels have lowered a bit. Previously, I would have readings that were more borderline than what I have had over the past few weeks of using this. I have also noticed slightly better energy levels and less fatigue, which hopefully means I am getting better rest at night.I have not noticed any significant differences in stress or mood. I am a bit skeptical to those claims anyways. I was looking for something to help with overall health rather than something that cures everything. I like the fact that it has some black pepper extract. Black pepper is known to help lower blood pressure.One of the claims that I wish all vitamin companies would stop doing is making grand claims of their serving size. Yes, it is 2100 mg per serving, but in this case that is 3 capsules, which based on the bottle size is about a month’s supply, which I think is excessive. I personally take 1 or 2 a day depending on my need. Combining this extract with diet and exercise has seemingly helped a bit with my current health issues.These are more reasonably priced than the GOL brand and if you have difficulty swallowing the tablets, then these might be a better alternative.These do seem to be ok as far as being a natural Ashwagandha that can help a bit with overall health, but as far as the claims of a mood enhancement, I am skeptical. I also don’t like the grand claim of the serving size. Price is fairly reasonable as compared to other brands.4 stars

I'm finally getting to the end of my first bottle and have been consistently taking these pills for 3-4 weeks now and the difference is noticeable for sure!!! I have been taking a good bit of vitamins lately but, this is the only one that helps with stress and mood regulation. Let me tell you.. it works! I have social anxiety and struggle with constant worrying throughout my day but, within 2.5 weeks of taking the pill, I feel like I've been more willing to go out and have less overall stress. Of course it's not a miracle pill but if you're also mediating and managing your stress with other outlets, this is a great addition!!Also, I started with three pills but I noticed that my body liked two since I would get a bit drowsy throughout the day. I've also noticed deeper sleep and feeling rested in the morning! I just bought my second bottle, it's a must buy!

It felt OK until I stopped taking it due to reviews I read about side effects of it.I stopped taking it and have been feeling dizzy at times, so it seems this product was good while taking it only, but it seems to have a side effect in my body now that I'm not using it.
