Love the long shaft
Great quality and good looks. It preforms well and club face is square on this pendulum style putter.

Good Putter Regardlesss of Cost
After decades with an old Ping Anser, the eyes, hands, balance and confidence aren't what they used to be. Never thought I could go to a mallet - never liked the awkward look em' - but every time I missed another 4-footer or left a lag putt two feet short I told myself it was time for a change. I bought the Ray Cook Silver Ray based on reviews and of course, the price tag. No way was I going to drop $3-400 on a 'name' putter I might hate. Build quality on the Ray Cook is good, the grip, shaft and putter face alignment is right on the money. The paint appears good, maybe a little thin but very good for a fifty-dollar putter. I like the grip - kind of a midsize, soft and natural in the hands. No need to replace with one of the high dollar 'you know whats.' I've played three rounds with the Ray Cook in the bag and so far, so good. Have I putted lights out? Nope. I can still squirt a short one with the best of them. But my lagging has been exceptional. It's nice having kick-in pars rather than those high-stress four-footers. So, do I recommend the Ray Cook mallet? If your putting game is headed for the toilet, as mine was, it might just be the best fifty bucks you ever spent.

It's a heavy putter.
If you like a heavy putter, this is the one for you. I prefer a lighter putter.
