Bulldozer Vee Rubber 26 X 4.7 White Tubeless Ready 120tpi Folding Tire Fat Bike

Very easy to install. I have ridden them on dirt trails, that have hard-packed dirt, sand, decomposed granite, solid rock, baby head rocks, loose and embedded large rocks, and snow. These tires are excellent for traction, last a long time, and roll over anything. Tire pressure is critical.. too little in the front and you will get self steer. Too little in the back you can get a pinch flat unless you go tubeless. Too much pressure and you get a harsh ride. Sidewalls hold up better than other brands. I get more comments about my bike, like wow I like fat tires than my friends who have bicycles that cost thousands of dollars more than mine. The only downside is they are considered ugly by many in the bicycle community though undeservedly so in my opinion. I am older and don't care about such things anyway.

I needed a replacement of my existing fat tires since those were bald from the use. I had surly nates 33 tpi wire bead. purchased these since these were on sale by a third party seller. I had the below expectation whiles making the purchase.- I needed light tire since I wanted to save weight by setting up tubeless. These are 120 tpi and were 1430g in weight which is pretty good for 4.7 mm wide tires.- I wanted fold-able since when not in use(in summers) I wanted something that can be folded for storage not taking a lot of space. Also that is helpful if you want to bike pack and carry a spare tire with you.- I wanted better grip on snow and flotation that larger profile provides on deep/soft snow.So I got these and all of my above requirements were met. Apart from the above few other things that I noticed on use.- There tires look great of the bike. I got complimented a lot of times and it goes with any color.- These were easy to setup tubeless.- I was able to ride the soft stuff by decreasing the air pressure to 2-4 psi.- The snow/mud/dirt tends to stick to silica compound. While riding with my buddies I noticed my tires would keep tend to keep snow/dirt/mud/leaves even after the ride. This is the only negative I could say about these tires. But it can be a trade off since the same compound gets you a better traction everywhere.**If you found this review helpful please press the button below this review (It really helps me).**

This tire while not a true 4.7", is very versatile. For how aggressive the lugs are, this tire is pretty fast and maintains momentum. With that said, it's a fat bike tire so is not lightweight. This retire responds best for me right around 4/5 psi. which is surprising for me given I weigh about 230. At that weight the sidewalls were just beginning to show a bit of the wrinkle I prefer to ride. I might even go lower but riding in deep mud and water, it "bulldozed" right through. A little side slippage when very muddy but usually in conditions that would've stopped a 2.2" tire cold. I may just buy another pair for when I wear these out.

these tires are junk I will never buy VEE rubber again the casing on both tires is cast so badly the tires have a 1 inch hop in them I mounted them on several different rims and even had my local bike shop try mounting them and got the same result everytime just junk tires

Wow great tire run em at 8.5 and 8.0 in the summer, looking fwd to winter... And yes the white look really stands out in a crowd

So far I just put them on will ride them this week sometime. Looks good easy install I got these to save my max minions for next spring since it getting dark early I’m going to end up riding on pavement which is why I switched up
