Device not working!
The device not working totally , it should be replaced.I bought another one before 2 months and it’s working fine so I know how to use the device .I want to confirm this device I bought from Amazon not working !

"Motor stuck" can't get home
3rd time in two months I get the Motor Stuck option, with no lock movement. Used all spare keys, had to break the door to get home when it happened for the 3rd time.
