Read this to my son when he was little and had to buy it for my grandkids. They all love it. A truly adorable story.

Classic. Favorite children's book. ❤️

My husband’s mom read this to him when he was a kid and we got a copy to read to our kids. I’ve also given it as a gift because the story is so fun and silly. You can also do silly voices while reading it if you choose. FYI, this item is not a board book. I didn’t look closely enough at the description to realize that.

This is a classic and was a favorite of my boys (and me) 30 plus years ago when they were little. Then I ran a daycare and again it was one of the most requested books by the little ones. Now I read it to my grandkids and it's still a favorite! So cute and FUN! Reading it in a Grover voice is the best! My 2 year old grandson is the latest fan of this fum book. He likes to turn the page when Grover is saying please don't turn the page! I've purchased this multiple times over the course of 30+ years and gifted it as well! Definitely one of my all-time favorite children's books!

I read this book to each of my children - in Grover's voice - with great aplomb. They loved it and would ask for it every night. I never grew tired of reading it to them - though my voice suffered sometimes.

My son could not put this book down. He walked to every room in the house and it!! Loves Sesame Street!

My kids are in college, but they both remember this book fondly. It is a wonderful book to read to kids under five, and they never get tired of the punchline. For a parent that likes to ham it up, there is great material to work with here. We keep a copy in our house to entertain young guests, and I frequently give this as a gift to parents, who report back similar experiences of their kids' delighting in the story.

This is a great book for little ones. I purchased it for my boyfriends grand baby who is two, she loves it. Years ago I got it for my library for my niece, and nephews it was a favorite of theirs. I know some children now do not watch the show, like the little one I bought it for but she still enjoys it. Great buy for any little one.

I thought it's kind of a story book but it was even better! What I found was one if the best children's book ever! My all younger siblings loved this . Absolute masterpiece xD

La mia bimba (5 anni) lo adora, il maschio (quasi 10) non ama l’inglese quindi lo ascolta distrattamente e l’effetto sorpresa ha meno presa su di lui. Le immagini sono ottime ed interessano, incuriosiscono. Carina anche la seconda storia!
