Good one!
It's a good quality band.I m a beginner in workout and ordered the 'light one'.But light one feel less resistant to me. Medium will b gud for beginners...I feel that.

over-resistance
I did not like this product. It is too high on resistance - such that I was unable to use it and since this product does not have a return policy, I decided to forget the money i paid for it and decided to just trash it rather than keep it and add to clutter in the home space.

I ordered light and it is very small. quality wise good. the smell of plastic is horrible
