What I received is:1. Dell OptiPlex 7040 with i7-6700T, 8GB RAM, 256 GB SSD, Windows 11 Pro, MS Office 20192. Power adapter3. HDMI to VGA Converter4. WiFi AdapterThe product received was in very good condition, functioning very well.I just wanted a think client for accessing internet, and it serves the purpose.Works very well with my existing 25 inch LG monitor with no lag what so ever.SSD is from some vendor which I am not aware of, however it's functioning very well now. (This is after using it for a week or so).The HDMI to VGA adapter quality is not that well (had to use HDMI port eventually)Also, I have not used the WiFi adapter as already I had one with me.I feel for the price this device is doing excellent!

Great purchase
Pros: Everything about the mini pc is fantastic, it is working absolutely fine without any problem. Comes with Genuine Windows 11 and ms office.Cons: The inbuilt wifi can hardly connects to my wifi which is 7-8 mtrs apart.

Working out of box, specifications as mentioned by vendor, 6 month warranty is genuine had issue with power port issue is resolved under warranty with free courier there support is good as I directly contacted them rather going via amazon service

it is compact lightand with just the RAM upgrade to 24GB, it is quite fast.... Would recommend for anyone who are looking for personal and learning purpose. I am able to run heavy application aswell it does well....

MS Office! It is not working
MS Office! It is not working. This! After telling them that they will install MS Office, we did not get it. We want to complain about it but cannot find any way to do it. The number which was given to us says that we do not take any complaints regarding software.
